Spoke to Kelsey, she was very rude and nasty and refused me service when I arrived at 7pm (on the dot) even though I called ahead of time and she said she would service me. She continued to shut the windows in my face.
The pharmacist was quite helpful in discussing alternatives for a very expensive medicine. Quite convenient to get vaccine injections while I'm there for other items. I like the phone calls telling me a medicine is in.

I've been using this pharmacy for almost a year now and usually have a great time, 5 stars all the way. All of the pharmacy techs are nice and I've never had issues getting my scripts filled. I've never had any interactions with the pharmacist before because I've never really needed to talk about the medication specifics, but the last time I went in I did and had a kind of lacking interaction with the Pharmacist, Kenny I think, which is where the 2 stars are coming in.
