I have had multiple terrible experiences with head pharmacist, Eric and his RX tech Derrell at this location. Both are extremely rude and have lied to my face/made up their own rules surrounding what prescriptions they will fill, especially Eric. He has refused to fill my completely valid prescription before, making up a rule saying it was Walmart policy when in fact there is no Walmart policy surrounding the filling of this prescription, he was just stereotyping/profiling me. The Walmart pharmacy v staff were awesome, they really helped me out alot
Rude tech. Always bad experience here. Waiting on meds. get text ready then told rudely "I've told u it's not ready" eye roll. We'll text just said it's ready. She said and "now I'm telling you it's not ready!!!"
