I received a phone call from Walmart pharmacy indicating that 4 of my prescriptions. So, 30 minutes later, I arrived at the pharmacy and had to wait 15 minutes inline. There were 2 cashiers available and the line wrapped around into the aisle. The reason for that was because of a new employee who was slow because she was chatting with a customers. I have had multiple terrible experiences with head pharmacist, Eric and his RX tech Derrell at this location. Both are extremely rude and have lied to my face/made up their own rules surrounding what prescriptions they will fill, especially Eric. He has refused to fill my completely valid prescription before, making up a rule saying it was Walmart policy when in fact there is no Walmart policy surrounding the filling of this prescription, he was just stereotyping/profiling me.
