Poor customer service from pharmacy staff. While waiting for someone to answer terrible hold . Then someone answers but then put on hold again. Finally speak to someone again only this time very rude person told me in process but 1 of the meds had to be ordered, yet can't start to process until date matches date last picked up. So now my child may not get his med until 1 - 2 days late. This is not acceptable when child needs this med and he gets it same time every month.
