Too bad you can't give zero stars because if you could, that is how I would rate them. The majority of the time I pick up my Rx,s, there is a problem with them. They have over charged me, (they did send me a gift card for the overcharge amount though after I complained), they have filled with their "preferred" brand instead of the generic which there was no insurance coverage for their preferred brand and twice they have called the WRONG doctor for refills, resulting in no insurance coverage due to quantity issues.
