The service here is absolutely terrible, if you work in healthcare and have a bad habit of giving attitude to customers please quit because being mean to sick people is disgusting. To make things worse the man who was supposed to teach me how to use my epi pen was very unproffesional. They are supposed to make sure you know exactly how to use your medication, and for epi pens they are supposed to demonstrate with the trainer, hence why its there in the first place.
