2 things: 1) I take medication for a heart condition. This prescription had 2 refills left. There is no indication of how long I need to wait between refills, only when you can no longer refill. After a dosage increase, I had to refill this prescription before the normal apparent timing. I go to pick up the refill, at which point the lady behind the counter starts grilling me asking why I'm refilling after a month. They are the most helpful and have the best customer service of any pharmacy I’ve ever been at.
They had some hard to find meds. And the staff was great. Finally, the phone worked - no AI press 8 endless options that only take you back to the beginning coupled with loud annoying music.
I've had consistently excellent experiences at Walmart Pharmacy. The pharmacists and technicians here are the best - they're always friendly, efficient, and great at communicating with doctors. They're on top of everything and make the entire process seamless. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
