They started a new method that when you check in you get a text message but I never got one so then I return and I'm told that I got to sit on a bench and wait for my prescription, and I feel as though I was brushed off because I had an altercation with the same attendant in the past...... So that's why she didn't even check me in where I was supposed to get a text message that I arrived!!!! I HATE PEOPLE AND THE SLIMY THINGS THEY DO!!!! The pharmacist today this evening was very rude. All I needed was some history records for my meds. He did not want to deal with me. He was rude. I will never go back there again. The information I needed was in the system. He said it wasn't yet the lady told me it was the day before. Soooo I went back inline with my 6'4" son and finally got his little ass to help me. 🤢🤮
The cashiers at the pharmacy are fantastic they are very friendly and helpful any time you need them they are always willing and able to help
I go thru drivethru because I can't go through store with my disability easily. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 because sometimes it can be very long line and only one of the two drivethrus is available. Lately they have had both open which is great. I give higjer rating because of their accuracy with prescriptions, the eaae in which they have them available and in getting refills via my doctor office electronically.
