This was the best pharmacy ive used in a couple years. Get this, there was a problem with my medicade card and insurance. The woman behind the counter, called kaiser and sorted out the issue FOR ME, as I was being waited on. What an angel. She deserves 5 stars, easily!
This pharmacy has put me "on hold" but actually just hung up on me repeatedly for 25 minutes. 15+ times I was told without a greeting that I'm being put on hold and was promptly disconnected. No attempt to quickly say "please wait" so I could explain they aren't putting me on hold did anything. Just "please hold" and disconnected. I would like to be contacted by management. You have my information. Don't leave some generic "contact us" info. Not the first time this pharmacy has withheld medication.
I left this pharmacy almost a year ago and switched back in August. I had a bad experience last time, but they made up for it today. They had erased all my info from I didn't have my insurance card, and it took so long to fill my scripts from that morning that it was after hours- too late for me to get my insurance info so I had to wait until the next day. Would give them 0 stars if I could. I have never had a good experience here. Unbelievably disorganized and frustrating staff. Every single time I go in to pick up my prescriptions they pass me off to 3 different people and have incorrect information in their system. I swear they update my address, birthday, or phone number or say they can’t find me in the system EVERY SINGLE TIME. Go to literally any other pharmacy location if you can. I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 4yrs. Everyone goes above and beyond with their professionalism, patience, kindness and will try to use good rx if you may have issues with paying for your meds!! I have, am and will ALWAYS be grateful for the pharmacy team!🙏🏾🤗💯🥰
