This pharmacy is awful. I placed a refill for my prescription on 7/11/2024 and requested it be mailed. Although I have been advised on numerous occasions, the prescription has been mailed, it has not been received. My prescription has been paid for. a Today (8/7/2024), I was advised again it has not been mailed. A representative called me on 8/8/2024 being both being extremely rude and combative even though they have charged my credit card and I do not have the prescription. I highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy.
For more than a decade I have had a good relationship and experience. Sadly today that was ruined by the Pharmacist. He gave me the wrong medication. I called my Physician regarding my eye medication. It should have been an ointment and he gave me a liquid. He never acknowledged to me the switch and it wasn't appropriate for my illness. A great group of people. Extremely professional, courteous and conscientious people who are dedicated to their jobs and patients.
The Pharmacist and the crew helped me immensely. I very much appreciate their help. My friend needed meds they explained everything veryclearly and helped me get her meds. Thank you very much✌️
Lazy staff, full of bad excuses, who couldn't care less that they are dealing with very serious issues that effect/save peoples lives. But, what do you expect from Walmart. Still better then the Tagert pharmacy.
