Hours are wrong. They say they close at 7 but got there at 6:45, closed. Someone was behind the counter though.
Even though they have a big demand the staff has very good customer service skills and they never sound or act frustrated with the customers.
Pharmacist on 4/2 evening is unprofessional, shows no empathy or concern to the patient. Tells their customers to plan better and accordingly rather than trying to assist. Will be calling the regional pharmacy Director to report this behavior.
Terrible service. I switched here a few years ago and was very happy with the prompt service. Now. 2-30-26. Horrible. For the past four months it’s been horrible. I’ve had medication for myself for my mother. They’ve never have it even cause we’re on file and we picked up prescriptions there before just refills. They don’t have it and they don’t tell you until you need it they tell you a day or two and it turns out to be eight or nine days. We need an antibiotic didn’t have it.
