I went in this afternoon to pick up a prescription that said would be ready today after 11 am, when I called and their prompt said they were filing it and to come after 11 which i did. I go up to counter to pick up and pharmacy tech informs me that their prompt machine doesn't work great. Why isn't it fixed then and that my prescription is actually not filled and that they've reached out my provider 2 days ago.
