Absolutely horrible customer service. I waited on hold to speak to someone for 15 min and when someone finally picked up I was told I was just going to have to wait because they were doi.g inventory and didn't have time to speak to anyone on the phone.
Overall service here is excellent; pharmacists are cordial and very helpful. My complaint is related to being out of stock almost constantly on the Walmart brand 2 mg. Nicotine gum. This has been a problem for a long time and I have voiced my complaint numerous times. They have been out of stock each time I've been in the past month. I am in this store as much as 3 times a week and definitely every week. There is really no excuse for this to continue...Please help...John Pierce
