Terrible. I called in the morning to transfer my prescription from one pharmacy to another. Everything was fine until I called. At first, I was hanging on the phone for 15 minutes and they forgot about me, because no one picked up the phone. Then I called again, and after I said my name and surname, I was sent to hold again, and I was told that only now after 5 hours they decided to call about my question. No apology for anything.
Thank you Walmart! My son was sick and our original pharmacy didn’t have his medication in stock, closest alternative option was about 10+ miles away in EC, and their stock wouldn’t be refilled until few days later. But, this location came through, I called, they picked up, told him the situation, they had it in stock and transferred the prescription. Within maybe 75 minutes or so, it was ready. First time using them, but will surely use them again.
I usually get my Flu shot and COVID 19 shot at CVS. However, when I went to WAL-MART to buy something, I saw a sign saying GET FLU SHOT TODAY and decided to buy it that day. At that time, it was a little after 5 PM, but I was told that I could walk in without a reservation, and there was no one waiting, but a Korean-speaking person gave me a Flu shot consent form and told me to come tomorrow because I was busy today, so I said OKAY and went the next day.
