I hate to complain but this pharmacy is so incredibly inconsistent. Every single time I call to check on my prescription they tell me something different that conflicts with whatever they told me previously. In a span of 4 months I was only successfully able to pick something up ONCE.
I've always had a good experience there it takes a little time to get your meds but that's with any pharmacy people on here complaining just to complain but if people have patience they'll get their medication and everything will be fine
Ms. Praz (pharmacist at Ridge Road Ellicott City, MD location) provides truly awesome customer service. Every interaction demonstrates her commitment to connection, clear communication, and going the extra mile. I am consistently impressed and proud to be a customer!
Pharmacist are always very helpful and nice. Also they call your doctor to check for refills when you run out of medication. I live in Randallstown, Md but I travel to Elliott City Walmart Pharmacy because of the amazing customer service.
