I was told on the phone and in person my prescription was ready then 10 min later Walmart called me while I was in line that it wouldn’t be ready… terrible communication all around.
Employees are nice, however, my Dr has recommended me not to use them due to they have tried to get my doctor to tell them why I need my meds. That is all confidential information, by law.
Everytime you go to get a prescription there is a problem. You can call ahead and they will tell you it's ready for pickup, when you go there it's not. You then have to go back multiple times to get your order. When you finally get it, it's frequently incorrectly filled. Always check your receipts, they frequently overcharge or charge for items not received. High turnover of staff and incredibly rude, apathetic and incompetent customer service. I have always found the customer service excellent at the Highway 93 Walmart in Missoula. I just had to cancel an appointment at the pharmacy and the tech was incredibly knowkedgable and friendly. I always go here for vaccines because of the friendly and professional service I receive.
