When you call to get a pharmacist, you are told you are caller 5 and put on hold for over 10-15 minutes! This is a waste of my time. I can drive over to the pharmacy while still on hold and go inside and get faster service. Is this what we have to put up with?

I have a medication that I am required to take bi weekly, and work a job that requires me to be gone 50% of the time, making the window for following the prescription one day. I called ahead as soon as my prescription was avaliable for being filled (a week before my next required dose), was told it would not be ready until the same day that I had to take it. Go somewhere else if at all possible. I get only one RX per year and both times I've been here there have been issues where I stand at the counter for 30mins and walk away with out the RX due to "the technician forgetting to finish it" or "computer problems" that ended up being a technician typo of my insurance #.

I've use this pharmacy for years. They have always been very friendly and competent. When I really need my meds fast (after emergency or surgery) I let them know and they get it ready fast! They have very busy times and the line can be frustratingly long at times but they don't make mistakes and they keep most of the meds well stocked.
