This pharmacy is no help. I had a doctor fax a prescription to this pharmacy end of day Friday. I can look up my chart and see the prescription was sent. It was the same fax number listed on mychart as walmart gave me. Walmart is telling me it is not there they never received it. It disapeared in thin air. This directly effects patient care and pharmacies should be held responsible.

This is the second time they have been rude to me, the man’s name is Andrew he wears a white coat and when I called to explain that one of my prescriptions were wrong he kind of raised his voice to scold me saying that is why we go over them with you before you leave, I told him I had 7 prescriptions they went over one then put the rest in the bag and said have a nice day and the only read they went over the one with me is because it was a different color and I asked about it. Since the changes were made removing the help window things have worsened. You cannot reach anyone by phone and they put you on hold for way too long and then disconnect your call. This is the worse pharmacy in the county
