I can tell a lot of these negative commenting people have not had to deal with many pharmacies. I get great service here and have never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a new prescription. If you had any idea how badly they get treated by the public maybe you would have a better understanding. Some people complain about everything. Horrible customer service all the way from their tech’s to the pharmacist himself. Rude, snarky and unprofessional comments from staff more than a few times.
Web site didn't say anything about closing from 1:30 to 2:00, very inconvenient, should have been noted on web site. Several of us would have waited till after 2 to drive out here!
I have always had really good luck with Walmart pharmacies in different areas of the country. This pharmacy is terrible! Worst experience ever. Not ever going back.
This pharmacy is no help. I had a doctor fax a prescription to this pharmacy end of day Friday. I can look up my chart and see the prescription was sent. It was the same fax number listed on mychart as walmart gave me. Walmart is telling me it is not there they never received it. It disapeared in thin air. This directly effects patient care and pharmacies should be held responsible.
