Would be great if they would answer the phone. Would be great if you could call and refill your prescriptions without getting hung up on. Guess that’s too much to ask for. Usually good service when I go up there. And when they actually answer the phone. Some people have full time jobs and have to step away from that job to make a quick call to get prescriptions refilled. Makes it hard when the phone can’t bother to be answered.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! They talk to you as if you don’t have a clue what your talking about and then once the realize that the customer actually did know they hand up on you. Asked to speak with a manager was told she wasn’t there but then magically appeared on the phone she did solve the issue but had no interest in addressing her employees on there behavior and continued to tell me they wernt rude but yet I was hung up on which was admitted to me? Will NEVER use again
