This place is stupidly efficient. I was a day late after procrastinating 9 days to pick up my meds and they had to put them back on the shelf. I get done with the shopping and they have them ready 10 minutes before closing!
I’ve never been treated so poorly at any other Walmart Pharmacy. Traveling I needed to pick up a prescription at the Franklin Street Walmart they told me they could NOT access information from other walmart pharmacies. The young man helping me couldn’t get my insurance information in the computer correctly. His comment to me was “I know what I’m doing.” While I was on the phone with my insurance company to help him he refused the help and finally told me, “I’m not helping you anymore!” And turned away from me.
