Your pharmacy staff needs some serious retraining!! Two days ago, I accidentally left my inhaler in my work pants and ran it through the wash. I called the doctor's office, they sent in a replacement script and they told me at that time "but the pharmacy may have to call the insurance company for an override." That's fine. I've had to have that done before. No big deal. I go to the pharmacy to pick up the inhaler today and the woman at the counter said she didn't know what I was talking about in regard to the override. Everytime I come to help my mother get her meds on her refill it’s a all day waiting operation
The Walmart pharmacy in Concord NC (150 Concord Commons) is excellent. Any time there is an issue they solve it very quickly. It never takes very long to pick up perscriptions in the pharmacy. I've used numerous walmart pharmacies; all have been very efficient.
I’ve never had a issue with them. They always answer the phones, are courteous and make time to answer questions. They do take a lunch and are closed for that time, I wish that was on the Google page, but that is a Google thing, not a Walmart Pharmacy thing. Overall, I would recommend them as a pharmacy.
All these people complaining about it being outdated, have they looked in the mirror and the I didn’t get taken care of fast enough, cause this person did this. I place my order and it’s done and I go and get my meds. Never any problems, and moving my prescriptions here saved me over $260 dollars from Walgreens. Plus you grab what you need while they are filling your stuff.
