I had to wait 3 days more than what they told me about picking up my refill, Three different people who work there told me different times I could get my refill. What I don't understand is why I had two refills on a medication and after getting one of them I noticed that on my bottle that I only had a partial refill remaining, I think someone else is taking my meds.
I am a difficult customer. Medications are essential to our health and I don't want any BS from the people that are getting it to me. It should be a care environment. Not a retail experience. The pharmacists here are knowledgeable, professional, and give great service. I gave 4 stars because I've had a couple run ins with them, but it's usually a tech, which can have a turnover rate so I do understand that. The people that run the pharmacy are awesome.
Wonderful pharmacy - kind conscientious staff, excellent handling of refrigerated medications/vaccines, pharmacists are very helpful in reviewing meds and giving instructions on proper use of meds. And the pharmacy is usually less expensive than any other pharmacy (excluding Costco for members but they are not up to Walmart @ Monkey Junction’s standards).
