I called today and tried to make a change on a prescription and Nina answered and the phone and stated that she could not help me she was very rude!! I understand you get very busy there, but I also work I need to pick up my prescriptions during my lunch hour that's why I was being proactive calling in to make sure it was ready for pick up, and she stated I would have to do the change when I got there. My prescriptions were faxed in three times. The doctor called and her nurse. Received the text they are in. Go to pick up and they aren’t there. Maria who was snotty. Was not of any help at all. I call my doctors nurse, Maria states she can’t talk to them. Wouldn’t even verify the fax number. I called the nurse and had her talk to pharmacist. Maria states they check the fax every fifteen minutes. Obviously a lie. Snotty help and bad service. Oh by the way they had the fax’s. JJOHANSEN
