Wendy in Pharmacy was absolutely nasty with my mother. She canceled my prescription because she was upset with their conversation. She argued with our insurance rep as well and told me to go elsewhere. She is not the head pharmacist at this location and therefore did not have the right to cancel my prescription. She is an adult and this is her job. I’m four days without this prescription and this pharmacy has continually let me down. I have had nothing but great experiences with this pharmacy. They are always able to run my secondary insurance CHAMPVA that some other pharmacies can't do for some reason. I occasionally have to wait a little longer for a rush order I put in but that should be expected in this area. There's a whole lot of people & not enough pharmacies. I have to acknowledge 1 pharmacy technician, Jared, in particular that has always been super helpful and quick when I've spoken to him.
