I LOVE this pharmacy. I want to really recognize Sunny and Jully who helped me today with my dog's prescription and told me the benefits of being a W+ member. I already was before I walked up to the window but Sunny was so patient about explaining the benefits I could get. Jully was so nice and got me checked out. Even though I moved and this Walmart isn't the closest to my house, I love this pharmacy and I intend to keep using them. Great incompetence. Four attempts to transfer location from Cactus to Bell Walmart Pharmacy from Dec 1st. Today is 27th, and they still messed up all my orders. This is a THIRD WORLD PHARMACY. Back to Cactus!
Had the best experience at this pharmacy. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. It was clear they were under staffed as a temp employee arrived while I was there. Every employee greeted him with thanks and a positive attitude. It was a wonderful example of team work and pride of workplace.
