They had someone new up front who clearly didn't want to be there.After repeating my namev4 times she told me don't get an attitude with her.Was told that one of my prescriptions would be 5 min.which turned into 40 mins.(she forgot I was there and saii should have said somethinh).She clearly doesnt belong where she was.Add to thst dhe was chewing gum and drinking water up there dShe was a late 20s black woman will not be having her wait on me again.
Walmart is legitimately worse than CVS pharmacy which is HARD to beat but y’all sure did it! Don’t tell me it will be 1hr at 10:30 in the morning when my scripts were called in, and then at 4pm it is STILL not ready and your extremely smart mouthed pharmacist has the nerve to say “we’re short staffed,” “clearly you didn’t get a text so clearly it isn’t ready,” “it’s going to be another 30 minutes either wait or come back tomorrow,” with at least 10 people behind the counter. Worst pharmacy ever... After years of not using their terrible service I had to after most of the other local pharmacies were closed. First time back stood in a line 8 deep to be told that my prescription which had been called in 4.5 hours earlier wasn't ready and to give them 15-20 minutes. I had to get to a job. Came back an hour and a half later. Stood in line again. Told the medication I needed wasn't in stock .. they'll contact me when it comes in....
We love using this pharmacy cause everyone who works in this department is very friendly. However the one thing that is keeping me from giving the 5 stars is the automated system that is the most annoying system I have ever used.
The awful nasty lady from cvs Jen is now working at Walmart pharmacy. I was discussed when I seen her there. I thought Walmart was better
