I'm sorry to say that all but one of my visits to Walmart Neighborhood Market Pharmacy were negative experiences. I don't need special treatment & my criticisms aren't from that; it's quite simple, at a minimum, I would like to feel welcome with friendly exchanges at places of business. When you call, most techs are curt and dismissive if you have a question about a prescription. In person visits lead to pharmacy techs like Brenda who lack any sense of professionalism and seems bothered by a simple question about prescriptio... read more
Wonderful and helpful people. I got there just before closing time and they were all friendly and polite. There was an issue with the prescription being called into the wrong location by the doctor’s office and they worked to get it resolved. I truly appreciate the help and service I received.
I simply love the staff here. They are very helpful and nice.
