This is the third time there has been a problem or delay with a prescription and they don't bother to make a simple phone call to let you know it won't be ready as scheduled. They say they "tried to call" but I've never had a missed call from them and why wouldn't they leave a message? They used to be great and the permanent employees are so nice but they have a lot of floaters who just don't care about people and it shows. Three strikes and you're out.
