This pharmacy used to have my meds ready super fast. The past couple months they've gone downhill. It takes forever for them to fill even one med. So slow to the point where I run out of the med I need. Took them well over a week to fax a PA too, making the process for my insurance much slower. We all already know how long it can take insurance to approve meds, come on Walmart Pharmacy. It might have taken them even longer to fax it over if I didn't go in and ask about what was going on with my med.
Sometimes I won't get a text/email saying my pills are ready to be picked up or even get a warning text saying I have until X day to pick it up. Just an emailing saying my meds have been canceled because I didn't pick them up in time. Gee, thanks. I've also asked once if they could hold my pills an extra day. They agreed and said "yeah sure, no problem" yet they still canceled them. Maybe don't say sure then. Maybe just say "no sorry, we can't do that". Better than lying, yeah? I'd say so.
Tried to pick up my dog's meds after they were supposed to have been in stock. Now they claim they will be in stock tomorrow. Meanwhile, he has scratched his skin off and bled all over. Now he has to go another day without
Had an emergency with my dog. Came here to get my baby his medicine. Did everything they could to help me out. Very friendly staff to.
