Very friendly, kind, and helpful.
Horrible customer service! Went through the drive thru waited 20 minutes. The lady was rude she yelled “ I can’t hear you” and didn’t say anything else. She put my prescription in the container and sent it back. There was no hi, bye, or thank you. Now I know why people say “ don’t use Walmart “
Came to the pharmacy drive through today and was met by a very rude woman. I didn’t know if I should put the phone down or not after someone said it would be one moment and I turned my head and when I looked back Malissa (black hair and thick lashes) yelled at me “don’t pick the phone up unless your going to put it to your face” I apologized, I thought it was just a simple mistake. she continued to be aggressive throughout the rest of my interaction with her.
