I usually use this pharmacy for my family and myself. However, this past year they have not had my prescriptions filled on time. My doctor will send them the information and if I don't call to remind them to fill it, it won't get filled. I called today to figure out what was going on because again my doctor sent my prescription to them over a week ago, and I was told that regardless of when they actually decide to fill it, it depends on when I pick it up. By far the worst pharmacy ever. They are literally messing with people's lives. I requested a refill and got a notice that it would be ready on X day. That day came, and they sent me no notice that it was delayed. I had to check the app to see if it was ready, only to find it was delayed. I called in the morning and waited on hold for 40 minutes for someone to answer the phone so I could get my prescription filled.
