I've got my medicine filled at Walmart pharmacy on Grant line road in New Albany Indiana it is the worstest place to ever get your medicine I went without my medicine for a whole week in 2 days all because they was too ornery to contact the a doctor but now I won't have no problem I get my medicine filled now somewhere else besides Walmart the pharmacy ain't no good and the people working there is rude and will not help you
So I am sleeping in your store right now...after being on hold for 38 minutes trying to get a control prescription refilled because you can't use the automatic refill option it has to be called in first after dealing with associate Sunny the whole time he said the pharmacist Steven is to busy to talk to you..I got in my truck drove down here put it in..I had to cut the zip ties to pull a bench down from the display and have something to rest on..I am 2 hours into this just got my text..the pharmacist is the one I am most dis... read more
I am honestly not a fan of Walmart itself. I visit the actual store just because they are normally less money for the same stuff compared to most other stores. But…. This pharmacy has been great. They have gone out of their way several times in the last few months to help me with both complex Rx orders and to find what the heck the doctor was talking about to get in the store. They do so with a great attitude and that seems to be true across several staff members and pharmacists. Thank you for doing a great job.
Been going there for years they treat me very well an my scripts are always ready an correct.
