Came in for a covid vaccine after going to CVS and being told my insurance would not approve it. They checked, found I was eligible and gave the shot right away. Cedric was very helpful and everyone was great.
Unfortunately, they don’t autofill your prescriptions within 24 to 48 hours of having a prescription called in by the doctor. For months I’ve had to call multiple times a week to get them to fill a prescription. When the prescription is finally ready, it’s hit or miss if they actually mark the prescription as “ready for pickup” so even if you’re signed up to receive text notifications, you don’t actually get the text. Charlynn went above and beyond to help me get the prescriptions my husband needed after surgery and at a price I could afford. She spend almost 8 hrs calling doctors, on hold, and helped when insurance didn’t come through. She was understanding and determined to help us. Thank you so much!
Pharmacy technician is very rude and unhelpful. I work with insurance for medical transportation and unable to do my job due to her being this way.
