I normally love the Walmart pharmacy. But, I had multi level back surgery, and I don’t like it when I get a call from a foreign accented lady questioning if I really needed my pain medicine or if it was for “the same old pain”, as she said it. I’m a nurse and my husband an MD. Leave the prescribing to the doctors. You just fill the medicine.
Always friendly, knowledgeable and wait times are very minimal.
My husband and I had to pick up a few things late on on Friday 8/07/2026 and by the time we were ready to check out it was 10:45. They only had 2 lines of the self check registers open and there were lines at both of them. Since we are checking ourselves out I don’t understand why management would not open enough registers to accommodate all customers. That is very poor management!
Exceptional customer service
Sitting here waiting for them to finish their lunch break is one thing but also their food didn’t show up until 1;45 with the McDonald’s they ordered. There are 5 pharmacist back there, I have strep and just need my antibiotic would take 5 minutes or less to get for me. While their food wasn’t even here yet and just playing videos games on the phone ignoring me. It’s ridiculous, when all I’m here for is my antibiotic because I’m in pain.
