Perry opened up the pharmacy today and was very professional and even smiled...very nice. Jessica gave me my vaccinations and she was very good...barely felt the needle stick. Perry and Jessica - both professional, courteous and customer service focused. Thanks!
Pharmacy staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. Ryan assisted me at checkout. He informed me the pharmacy took the initiative to apply the Good Rx discount on one of my prescriptions saving me a significant amount of money in which I am very grateful. Ryan also asked if I would like to speak to the pharmacist regarding a new prescription prescribed. I was very pleased with the service I received and will visit again.
Adele was extremely helpful and friendly when I had questions about my delivery. Clean exterior and interior of store. Friendly workers.
Staff is professional, helpful and services are timely
Multiple bad incidents: I was in front of line. They said 15 mins. I waited in line. 15 mins later they said, "can you wait another 15 mins, we have gotten busy and more people in front of you now?" How do people get in front of me and make me wait. Picking up a prescription we get every month. Price was 3 times the cost. Asked why. Reason given was that it was another brand and the normal brand is having a shortage. I asked when they would have more. They checked. Plenty in stock. -_- Then had to hassle them to change it.
