Went to pick up my blood pressure medication that I am out of and costs zero. They told me they are closed for a break. At least post this in your hours online. I drove here for no good reason, as now I have to leave for work. What GM does not know how to run a Sam Walton store? Ih, the one here…
Was told that the “pharmacist gets kicked off the clock” right at 5 PM so they couldn’t sell my medication despite waiting in line for 10 minutes before close, as they then proceeded to check out the next customers in line. I know this isn’t true as I study pharmacy and the law does not dictate that a medication can’t be sold right at close, so long as the pharmacist is still present. It’s one thing that you want to go home, but when a patient is there to pick up medication, lying to them about pharmacy practice is unethical... read more
All pharmacies should be paid by commission number of scripts filled per hour. Then it wouldn't take so long to get our meds.
