Definitely zero stars!! Prescription was submitted yesterday 10/10/19 was told it would be ready friday that it was approved! Went by Friday night to pick up and stated not ready that it was waiting for approval from doctor! Why do you guys tell me approved then I get there and state different???? Please call customers that way we call our doctors ourselves for a faster approval for faster service! Now it’s weekend and have to wait for medication till Monday! The ladies here are always kind!
If you go here, and I don’t recommend that, avoid Shiela. She was a bit rude and short with me, but most importantly incompetent. Gave her my insurance card, she said it was already in there, and tried to charge me $60. I explained my insurance covers my scripts. Thankfully Ashley, the manager helped me and put my insurance in and I had no cost like it should have been. Back to Kroger pharmacy I go where they know what they are doing and are kind. But thank you Ashley.
An excellent pharmacy. Knowledgeable, helpful, communicative. Sweet to my parents. Reasonable turn around.
