I had the worst experience with one of the pharmacists, I didn’t catch her name but she was Asian with long hair and she was absolutely rude dismissive and disrespectful . I hope I never encounter with her again.
Not received any help in getting a prescription prior authorization.
The pharmacist are always nice and the staff is too. I have never had an issue and I've been using this pharmacy since I moved over 18 years ago.
Kim, Shantay, and Valeria deserve a raise, a bonus and several forehead kisses. I just moved here from out of state and have a lot of anxiety surrounding my medical issues and ditching pharmacies and insurance and what not. Shantay was the first pharmacist to help me and made me feel good about choosing this pharmacy.
