There is a pharmacist named Michelle Bartmess who needs to be re-educated. She refused to give me the syringes I needed to take my medicine and stated I needed a prescription for them. She also stated my medication wasn't vital. She tried to sell me a whole box of insulin syringes. I guess she doesn't know the difference between SubQ and IM injections! There was an issue with my son's insurance. The doctor's office said I need to call Medicaid and handle it even though the issue was because of them. I was very stressed out thinking I had to waste the day trying to reach Medicaid. I called Rebecca and had a few questions. Her response was ..
