I get my prescription through Eli Lilly which gives me the option to pick up from this pharmacy. This pharmacy is extremely uneducated about the process and terms of Zepbound Self Pay. Even Eli Lilly was baffled at what was going on. Had to transfer my prescription BACK to Eli Lilly. Hope they can figure everything out so it doesn’t affect other people.
The pharmacist, Kwame Boateng, and a female employee with brown hair and bigger who was assisting him at the counter were both rude and unprofessional during my visit. Their behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable, especially since it was my first time picking up medication at this location. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this pharmacy.
