Avoid this pharmacy if you value your time. I wasted over 40 minutes waiting for my medications — not once, but on two separate occasions. The Cadence staff is completely incompetent, and it’s clear that poor management is to blame. This place is a mess and desperately needs new leadership. Absolutely unacceptable service.
Called in a prescription yesterday. Was told it would be ready that day. Came in the next day and told to wait an hour.... Then I was told they didnt have it. Most of the Staff appeared to have no clue. Running around with bottles asking questions to the same person. Unreal! Never again.
