They tried to hold back my medication back on purpose. I went to pick up a monthly medication I take every month for M.S. They said I was out of refills, They sent a request to my doctor for refills which is fine. The next day I went in to get them, they said that the doctor cancelled the refill. I looked up my patient portal, it showed a refill was submitted. Called my Doctor again, they said they submitted it, ok, went back to pick it up, they said they never got it.??? I’ve been using the Magna pharmacy for 3+ years now and they’ve always filled by order within 30 minutes, either over the phone requests or in a text message. They have always treated me like a person and are very helpful with other pharmacy products. I have 2 prescriptions there that I fill monthly and I have not had even one problem with billing or anything. Always a GREAT job, well done Walmart! I Highly recommended Walmart pharmacy over any other pharmacy in Magna.
