Extremely rude and wanted to treat me like I was some kind of pill head after their system was down and they wanted to blame it on their system showing I had it filled somewhere else even though I showed them my online app showing it was filled at their store. Not apologetic at all just wanted to blame everyone else. Very disappointing as I’ve never had a problem there before. They need to work on customer service skills.
Seems like everyone has a good experience, until they have 1 bad or dibpar experience and then decides to write a review. I've had nothing but GREAT EXPERIENCES here! The customer service is ALWAYS amazing! And I know pharmacists and pharmacy techs have to constantly deal with sick or injured people, which naturally aren't in a good mood. Told me a med was ready for pickup. I went to get it and then they told me it wouldn't be ready until the next day. Someone didn't tell the truth.
