This location is run very well and is staffed by helpful people who are great at what they do. Today (July 14th) I was helped by an excellent young woman who patiently listened to my request regarding a manufacturer's savings card. Despite being a trainee, she got it done with ease! You can always count on them to answer phone calls, too, instead of it always going to voicemail (like at CVS). I was so hurt when I called and spoke to a new gentleman there to reorder an very important eye prescription. He claimed it was out and he would place order so I could pickup in a couple of days. To my surprise he didn't do it. So make sure that double check when they say they are new. To see if they really place your especially important medications. Neglected to tell me 4 days ago that I personally needed to reach out to my insurance to get prior authorization. They told me it would be ready to pick up next day. Led me to believe they'd reach out so I just waited and then received notification from the automated system that my prescription was ready. I drove half an hour to get here because I live in the middle of nowhere only to be informed that I had to call myself. So now I'm out of meds and can't get ahold of my insurance because they never pick up.
