STEVEN AT LAKE WORTH PHARMACY IS GREAT!!! Steven is such a a hard worker but stays polite during even the most busiest of times. He is so professional and knowledgeable. I needed a pre-authorization for my allergy medication and instead of giving me the run around like most others do. Steven called my doctor office right then and there to request the pre- authorization right away. By the next day it was ready and he even remembered my name as I walked up. I have been a customer here for some time now and my experience today with the pharmacist was nothing but degrading. I recently had surgery and in alot of pain the pain meds I got yesterday was not helping my pain at all, for whatever reason IDK! I was in pain all night. Finally after getting ahold of the doc/surgeon they sent another prescription for my pain 24 hrs later after surgery. The pharmacist gave me so much hell about having another prescription.
