My experience at Walmart Pharmacy was absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. I went to pick up an urgent prescription medication for my child, and the level of negligence I encountered was alarming. The staff showed complete indifference, with no sense of urgency or empathy, even after I clearly explained that my child’s health was at risk. 1-Star Review My experience at this pharmacy was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I brought in a prescription for my child and was told to come back the next day to pick up the medication. I adjusted my schedule, finished work, and returned the following day as instructed. When I arrived at 6:58 PM, two minutes before closing time (7:00 PM), the staff refused to give me my child’s medication. There was no clear explanation, no empathy, and no effort to assist. Notification that the medication for our newborn was ready. Got here and waited 30 mins for them to fill the prescription that was supposedly already done. Now my baby is in distress waiting until they’re done when she could have been home recovering after leaving the hospital. I would never send anyone here for their pharmacy. There are much better companies and people who work more efficiently and diligently.
