Very knowledgeable and helpful staff
This is the BEST chain pharmacy in Derby. I love using them and they are always very quick with their service. I send all of my clients to them.
Insurance can be so frustrating. The staff had to run my insurance several times. Rachel was persistent and got the insurance to finally go through. There were no complaints even though it was closing time. Staff was all very helpful and friendly! Thank you for not giving up!

New phone system sucks.... Won't accept refills and hangs up.
