Katie the pharmacist at WALMART in Forest Park, Illinois is exceptional. Kudos to Walmart for hiring such a kind and caring employee. Excellent service every time! Sammi is incredible. She is so committed to exemplary customer service. If I have a question or an issue, she goes over and beyond to make sure I am made whole. I really appreciate her customer care. I must say however you can't go wrong with any of the staff at this particular pharmacy. This is why I've been there for years
Called me about my prescription. That it was ready. I went to get it, they had no idea about the prescription and asked me who called me. Couldn't find my information, told me to come back it wasn't ready.. whole ordeal took over an hour.
