This is one of the worst pharmacies in Jacksonville. I would highly advise go to another pharmacy. I wouldn’t even go to the other pharmacy in Jacksonville at the Walmart. They have the worst customer service. They told me they couldn’t take my ID because they have to scan it, but they don’t scan my wife’s ID whenever she picks it up. The blonde pharmacist is very rude and arrogant. Talks down to people and non- caring.
Ever since Brody left things are not the same. Everyone up front works just as hard as they always do and is always nice. The blonde lady that stands at the computer has no compassion, is rude everyone else is sweet. Brody has always went above and beyond and was on top of everything and had everyone's medicine ready when they needed them even sooner. The blonde haired lady does not care. Walmart pharmacy on yopp rd is awesome showed up tonight right as they closed to get or daughters myasthenia gravis medicine and the guy pharmacist filled it without hesitation I just want say ty our 14 year old daughter is very sick and needs that medicine that meant the world to us
I've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years and I've never had an issue. The staff is always very nice and helpful.
