Ever since pharmacist Brody was transferred to Richlands this pharmacy has changed Brody is the nicest so friendly and really on the ball He ran the pharmacy where customers were first I have had some serious health issues in the past He always treated me with respect I am thinking of switching all my medications to Walmart in town Hope it will be better
The pharmacy technicians are incredibly rude over the phone, treating patients like they are a burden simply trying to get a prescription refill. Some things may be out of their control, but they should at least understand that people NEED medication for day-to-day life. Patients should be treated with compassion and understanding rather than cold, snarky behavior. I absolutely do not recommend this location!
