I agree with most of the reviewers. The pharmacy staff are excellent. They have excellent phone-manners and personal care. I dealt with the pharmacy staffs - Gania and Reem. As a result of their customer-care, I switched my pharmacy to Walmart from another national pharmacy.
The pharmacists are all very nice here. They go above and beyond
I've been coming to this Walmart for the last 20 years and they have always been great. I only recently started using their pharmacy, but everyone who works in this department is extremely helpful and personable. The recognize me and remember my details as if they were a small town pharmacy! Where can you get that sort of service these days? I was a Walgreens customer but this pharmacy does a much better job of filling my prescriptions on time. Just way more convenient!
Two stars only because of the managing pharmacist who’s engaged and helpful to customers. However, he can’t control the awful website order system which is full of repeats, gaps and omissions from my requested meds. Another problem is the limited hours which are made even worse by the whole pharmacy closing for an hour in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. Im simply writing a one star review based off my limited experience with them. Very rude on the phone and hung up on me after asking a simple question. I think they could fare better in this regard.
