Horrible customer service lady had mask on but didn't cover her nose like that helps not couldn't understand what I was saying and being completely rude when I'm trying to spell my name cause it's so hard not..... and couldn't even get my birthday right when I'm trying to to tell her. Lady was was dancing acting a fool at the door if you work in pharmacy you should have card to let you in the door so the rest of the workers not laughing at her
My client uses this pharmacy, and if I could think of one word to describe them it would be ridiculous. Tell you meds will be ready at this time, stay passed when I’m supposed to be off, and then the meds still aren’t even ready. My client would be left with no meds the entire weekend but they have no interest or concern to care. Supposed to wait over a week to discard a prescription but god forbid you don’t pick up a few days because they’ll put it up so you can’t pick it up.
