My client uses this pharmacy, and if I could think of one word to describe them it would be ridiculous. Tell you meds will be ready at this time, stay passed when I’m supposed to be off, and then the meds still aren’t even ready. My client would be left with no meds the entire weekend but they have no interest or concern to care. WR Pharmacy called me. What I've learned from the past is that they work hard to get insurance to cover RXs. Presently, I have an RX needing to be renewed and I'm in-between physicians. They are going to reach out and see if the new physician will renew for me. Previous physician left town. I appreciate their attempt. Update They were successful.
