The people working there are nice enough, except there is almost never a time I come for refills and there isn't some issue they can't solve. Today I was told to wait 20 min. I did. Told to wait 10-15 more minutes. I did. Then informed insurance says im 2 days early on a refill that I'm completely out of without which I can not sleep. I asked them to contact insurance to tell them I'm out and need it early. Apparently they don't do that usually. Was forced to pay goodrx cost which thankfully wasn't 1000% higher. I’ve only been here a few times so far but I’m very impressed with how friendly the staff and pharmacists are. I’ve never had to wait that long for things to be filled and they are very quick when I pickup my prescriptions as well.
Customer service is poor at best. Associates barley smile and are snippy. Dropped off multiple prescriptions to be filled, opened the bag and there was only one prescription. Had to call back, waited on hold for over 10 mins to inform them they forgot most my meds. You would expect a profession as this to be more careful and observant when dealing with medications. No apologies offered.
