Super slow service. Went to drive thru. They don’t even acknowledge you at the drive thru. They finally come on after pushing button several time. Just to tell me they would be right with me. Ten minutes later nothing. Bad customer service services!! Switching to HEB!!
Very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior from Araceli at the pharmacy. Insurance verification is the staff’s responsibility, not the patient’s. People picking up medications are often sick and deserve patience and basic respect. Instead, we were met with a rude attitude and were questioned about whether we even understood how Medicaid works. That comment was unnecessary. Customer service in a pharmacy should be compassionate and professional. Management seriously needs to address this.
