Very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior from Araceli at the pharmacy. Insurance verification is the staff’s responsibility, not the patient’s. People picking up medications are often sick and deserve patience and basic respect. Instead, we were met with a rude attitude and were questioned about whether we even understood how Medicaid works. That comment was unnecessary. Customer service in a pharmacy should be compassionate and professional. Management seriously needs to address this.
