I picked up a prescription here today. Nilda promptly greeted and helped me. Despite showing up near closing, Nilda was prompt to help me get my prescription and use my GoodRx coupon- all with a smile. Her kind, welcoming personality shines through her customer service skills that cannot be taught, but gifted. I left online feedback, but I hope the pharmacist sees my feedback and this review. Interactions with others, especially in customer service positions, seldom make my day. My experience with her today is the exception!
Rude workers and very disrespectful, 0 out of 5 don't get meds here
This Walmart pharmacy has great people and great service, we switched from CVS where pharmacy workers are just nasty and rude and hang up on you when you have a simple question, and so glad we did.
The ladies here are always so friendly. Nilda (I believe that was her name) was very helpful with my last pick-up. Glad I switched from CVS!
