This was my initial review of this Walmart location..... "Another Walmart that you Can never find what you need in..... And again whats in other stores, you'll never find here" Today..... Undoubtedly, one of the worst pharmacy experiences I have ever had, and Ive lived in multiple countries. There is one tech with a heavy accent who just enjoys toying with people and pushing your buttons. An example from today, I called to track a missing medication, her exact words to me,"It was picked up, Good luck" and she hung up. Anybody can have a bad day and that's understandable but every interaction ive had with this person is just awful. Everybody else on their team is very good and have always helped. The dr sent my seizure medicine in 2 days early to make sure I don’t go without. Because it was early Walmart didn’t fill it didn’t bother to call me. I’ve been in 2 times this week and even called my dr to make sure the prescription was sent in. I call the pharmacy today Jason told me it was my fault I didn’t call until today so they didn’t fill it until today. I’ve been without my seizure medicine for a week because of them. I picked up a prescription here today. Nilda promptly greeted and helped me. Despite showing up near closing, Nilda was prompt to help me get my prescription and use my GoodRx coupon- all with a smile. Her kind, welcoming personality shines through her customer service skills that cannot be taught, but gifted. I left online feedback, but I hope the pharmacist sees my feedback and this review. Interactions with others, especially in customer service positions, seldom make my day. My experience with her today is the exception!
