Now that I've been coming here a while, I can give an honest review. Multiple times I've received a notification stating my meds were ready. I've come HOURS later after the notification to be given just one medication. And when I tell them that there's another medication, they check with the pharmacist just to tell me to wait and it will be ready in "10-15 minutes". Super annoying. The pharmacist went from professional to personal. She is controlling my zepbound perscriptions. She has deleted all my past perscriptions & won’t let me fill them. She was so unprofessional & put the phone down on me. My doctor called me in 2 different strengths of this & she has deleted them. She called my old doctors office ( not my doctor I’ve had for 20 years) I don’t even know the np who called it in. She got the strength changed to a higher dose I don’t want. Received a message stating my prescriptions were ready and when I get there, they're all taking lunch until 2. What kind of business has their workers ALL take lunch at the same time? So, be prepared to wait from 1:30-2:00. They could specify that on their website but no....I will say that Stephanie, the pharmacist, was super kind and polite, though.
