Thank you to Pharmacist Stefanie and support staff for going above the call of duty, on race day, Memorial Day weekend. They helped problem solve a complicated medication issue, where I was able to get the medication that same day without having to wait until after the holiday, and got insurance approval on top of it. Your efforts were most appreciated and kept me out of the ER. Kudos and heartfelt thanks!
Every team member at this pharmacy is friendly and professional. I've never had a poor experience here.
Now that I've been coming here a while, I can give an honest review. Multiple times I've received a notification stating my meds were ready. I've come HOURS later after the notification to be given just one medication. And when I tell them that there's another medication, they check with the pharmacist just to tell me to wait and it will be ready in "10-15 minutes". Super annoying. The pharmacist went from professional to personal. She is controlling my zepbound perscriptions. She has deleted all my past perscriptions & won’t let me fill them. She was so unprofessional & put the phone down on me. My doctor called me in 2 different strengths of this & she has deleted them. She called my old doctors office ( not my doctor I’ve had for 20 years) I don’t even know the np who called it in. She got the strength changed to a higher dose I don’t want.
